After it was announced in June that Banksy would be having a rare, retrospective exhibition in Glasgow I reappropriated two of the artist’s most iconic works to illustrate Boris Johnson’s government’s disastrous handling of the pandemic and what that cost so many. This was in light of a damning Privileges Committee report on ‘Partygate’ and also feels prescient at the time of writing as we learn more from the ongoing Covid Inquiry.
